WORK includes demolition, cast in place concrete retaining wall, concrete block retaining wall, removing and re-installing existing tot play equipment and all earthworks, subgrade preparation, sub-drains, playground structures footings, posts, framing, stairs and guardrail, poured in place concrete walls and sidewalks, manufactured playground equipment, poured in place playground safety surfacing, asphalt paving, soil and seeding, walls and stairs, fence posts and rails, site furnishings, minor modifications to site elements, and other miscellaneous related WORK.
