Design Services for Aspen Avenue Reconstruction

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including constructability review, neighborhood outreach and coordination assistance, for the pavement, drainage, and wastewater improvements on Aspen Avenue.

The CBJ may elect to amend the scope of services to include contract administration and inspection services.
