Design Services for Columbia Blvd and Poplar Ave

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including constructability review, neighborhood outreach and coordination assistance, for the pavement and drainage improvements on Columbia Boulevard from Birch Lane to Mendenhall Boulevard and Poplar Avenue from Columbia to Mendenhall. The work may include evaluating and configuring the road section to accommodate a sidewalk as one currently does not exist and may be required.
