Project Description:

This Project consists of demolition, hazardous material abatement as necessary, removal and legal disposal of the City and Borough of Juneau Maintenance Shop Building. The Contractor shall de-commission an existing underground oil tank, cap all existing utilities, fill and regrade the site using existing drainage system.
