The consultant shall provide all services needed to perform a public outreach process and create a master plan for the Marine Park Reconstruction.  The public outreach process will be designed to solicit input and ideas from the community on the redesign of the park and future park programming to inform the creation of a master plan. At a minimum, the public process shall include an online general public survey (survey monkey, google surveys or a similar survey service is sufficient), and onsite meetings in the park.  The successful proposer shall suggest creative methods for encouraging public involvement and engagement.  The master plan work will include a draft plan for review by the public and a revised final plan.  The final plan shall be at a 30% schematic plan level and include a construction cost estimate.  The successful proposer shall show through previous project work that they are able to successfully engage the public to participate in a process and that they will listen to the interest of the community and the CBJ to create a community informed master plan that considers CBJ’s long-term plans for the surrounding area.
