The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including outreach and coordination assistance with residents, for the pavement and drainage improvements on Delta Drive.

The scope of construction work includes: Replacement of road base and pavement, drainage improvements and underground water and sewer utilities replacements and improvements and new asphalt paving.  In addition, work will include new curb, gutter and sidewalk addition on one side of Delta Drive and miscellaneous other improvements necessary for a complete project.
