The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes reconstruction of Hospital Drive from Glacier Highway to the Johnson Youth Center at 3252 Hospital Drive. WORK also includes connecting the water main on Hospital Access Road to the water main on Salmon Creek Lane and the resurfacing of the upper half of Hospital Access Road. The WORK generally includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, ditch grading, storm drain replacement, replacement of existing water main and services, and other miscellaneous water system improvements, replacement of some of the sewer main line, reconstruction of the sewer manholes, replacement of the roadway section to a 24-inch depth with shot rock borrow, 2-inch minus shot rock with base course, and asphalt pavement, standard curb and gutter, valley gutter, new sidewalks, traffic control signs, and other miscellaneous related WORK.
