The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including constructability review, neighborhood outreach and coordination assistance, for the upgrade and replacement of the existing water pump station at Lee Street.

The CBJ may elect to amend the scope of services to include contract administration and inspection services.
