The Work consists of renovation of approximately 2,600 SF of dormitory, shower rooms, hallways and interior stairways on the second floor of the Glacier Fire Station. Renovation work includes replacement of plumbing fixtures, finishes, lighting replacement and associated mechanical and electrical work as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work will be phased so that only one (1) Bathroom and one (1) Dormitory Room are renovated at a single time allowing CCFR staff to temporarily ‘double bunk’ in dorm rooms and utilize bathrooms not being renovated. All work to be completed in each area before proceeding to the next phase of construction.
