providing all work necessary to replace approximately 35’ to 40’ of water service with new 1” copper water service with 4” foam board insulation (min 1’ width) from the existing curb stop adjacent to Evergreen Avenue to a point approximately 5’ beyond the existing 4’ – 5’ high concrete block wall. There are numerous obstacles that exist that shall be worked around during the installation.
