Furnish all labor, equipment and materials for renovating approximately 1800 square feet of office space in the CBJ Water Utility Office Building. The Project also includes fire alarm system throughout the facility, installation of a new garage door and opener, installation of a ventilation system for the affected office area, construction of a vestibule, and construction of an exterior entry canopy, and all related WORK.
