The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and perform all Work to install a vehicular cantilever swing gate, kissing gate, chain link fence and excavate to place base course and asphalt concrete pavement for three parking spaces and an additional small area at the kissing gate. Contractor shall also furnish and/or install signage as indicated on the drawings. The work shall be performed according to the attached drawings.
