The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to perform landscape services under a term contract for small projects not-to-exceed $50,000 each. Up to three contractors will be selected.

Work shall typically consist of the following landscaping services including but not limited to:

 Planting and transplanting trees, shrubs and other plants
 Minor excavation and grading work
 Watering, pruning, mulching and general plant maintenance
 Tree cutting, pruning or removal
 Installation of site furnishings such as benches, tables, landscape edging, trash cans, bike racks
