The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: demolition of existing structures, excavation, drainage, pouring of concrete slabs, laying of concrete pavers, construction of concrete block walls and timber walls, landscape planting, installation of playground equipment and surfacing, installation of wood fence, bollards, picnic tables, and asphalt concrete pavement. Work also includes painting of the bathroom building and privacy walls and all other Work as described in these Contract Documents.
