The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and perform all Work to patch areas where emergency water and sanitary sewer breaks were repaired. Work includes sawcutting of pavement, removal of existing base material as required and repaving. Some areas include installation of curb and gutter and sidewalk.
