This project consists of construction of an approximately 200 square foot computer server room within the existing Juneau Downtown Library Storage Room. Scope of work includes construction of two new acoustical partitions with finishes, server rack anchor bolts, new entry door, anti-static finish flooring, installation of new ductless split system cooling system and associated mechanical and electrical work.
