The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the planning and design of improvements to Marine Park and adjacent waterfront areas. These may include surveying, landscape architectural, engineering and architectural services. The work area includes Marine Park, the adjacent waterfront, and the Merchant’s Wharf, 2 Marine Way, and Seadrome, 76 Egan Drive properties.
