Project consists of reconstruction of segments of Dixon Street and Main Street. The project will be developed to improve storm drainage, including underground storm drainage and potential under drain system, update and/or replace water and sewer systems, install curb and gutter and sidewalk and other improvements that may be necessary in this area.
