Description:

The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: Construction of a new bus transfer station with a driver breakroom building, rider shelters, a multiuse path and a parking lot. WORK will include new water and sewer services to the breakroom, a new storm drain system, earthwork, concrete flatwork and asphalt paving. WORK will also include coordination with the local utilities to relocate the existing overhead utilities underground.
