Gastineau Avenue and Bulger Way-Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit to create a six-story, 72-unit multi-family structure in a Mapped Moderate Landslide and Avalanche Hazard Area. A Hillside Endorsement from the Planning Commission is also required.
