While continuing to observe social distancing imperatives, we are now seeing clients in person again at The Gym. We are offering training instruction from a safe 12-foot distance at all times. We are wearing masks and expect our clients to as well, in accordance with The Gym's COVID-19 policies. Also abiding by gym rules, we are thoroughly sanitizing our hands before and after workouts and are cleaning equipment before and after use. We will also be checking temperatures once we obtain an infrared forehead thermometer. And of course, we are screening our clients for any cold symptoms of any kind.
We are still training many of our clients virtually, and will continue to offer this service in conjunction with in-person training. Call, text, send us a website message, or reach us on Facebook to discuss your space, what training implements (free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, etc.) you have available to use at home, and we will begin planning a fitness program that we'll guide you through by meeting remotely for each workout session.
