Design Services for Upper Creek Street Replacement Project 

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for the Upper Creek Street Waterline Replacement project. The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of Upper Creek Street Waterline Replacement during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference call at 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2026.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLINE PRIOR 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on October 15, 2026.
