Aurora Harbor Drive Down Float

WORK consists of mobilization, demolition, salvage, disposal, upland improvements, water and fire suppression system, concrete abutment, existing approach dock modifications, approach dock extension and widening, transfer bridge, drive down float, construction surveying, transition plate assemblies, steel piles, protected species observers, life ring and fire extinguisher cabinets, cranes, signage, electrical power, lighting and support assemblies and all miscellaneous associated appurtenances.

ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE:  Between $11,000,000-$12,000,000

PRE-BID MEETING: There will be a Pre-Bid Conference Teams meeting at 11:00 a.m. on September 29, 2026.

DEADLINE:  SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLINE PRIOR TO 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time on October 13, 2026 and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter. Bidders may attend this bid opening on the conference call line 907-713-2140, with participant code 258358.
