Design Services for Glacier Highway (Ross Way – Salmon Creek) Water Main Replacement

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for Glacier Highway (Ross Way – Salmon Creek) Water Main Replacement project. The Consultant shall provide Bid-ready construction plans, specifications and engineers estimate. Additionally, the Consultant will provide a technical memo for pipe size selection and a two-season construction phasing plan.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference call at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2026.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLINE PRIOR to  2:00 p.m. Alaska time on September 24, 2026.
