Design Services for Water Slip Lining Project

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times. The Consultant shall evaluate and recommend water line repair and replacement technologies for areas within the CBJ water distribution system where access restrictions or other site constraints complicate conventional construction methods.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference call at 10:00 a.m. on September 2, 2026.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLINE PRIOR 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on September 14, 2026.
