Design Services for Foster Avenue Reconstruction Project

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for the Foster Avenue Reconstruction project. The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of Foster Avenue during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference call at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLINE PRIOR 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on September 4, 2026.
