The following items are scheduled for public hearing by the City and Borough of Juneau Assembly, on the date listed below. Agenda and packet materials will be posted on the CBJ website at https://juneauak.portal.civicclerk.com by close of business the business day prior to the meeting.
How to Participate: Members of the public may participate in person or remotely via Zoom webinar. The Mayor may limit testimony time based on the number of participants.
- In-person: Assembly Chambers. A sign-up sheet will be available at the meeting; advance sign-up is not required.
- To testify remotely: Advance sign-up is required. Call 907-586-5278 by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and indicate the topic(s) on which you wish to testify.
- Written comments: Members of the public are encouraged to submit written comments in advance of the meeting to [email protected].

Ordinance 2026-44 An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of One or More Series of Port Revenue Bonds in the Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $24,735,000 to Finance the Extension and Construction of and Improvements to the Seawalk, to Fund the Reserve Account, and to Pay the Costs of Issuance of the Bonds; Providing for the Form and Terms of the Bonds; Providing a Method of Payment for the Bonds; Reserving the Right to Issue Revenue Bonds on a Parity of Lien with the Bonds; and Approving Other Matters Related Thereto.

Ordinance 2025-01(b)(AS) An Ordinance Appropriating $9,756,039 to the Manager for the City and Borough of Juneau's Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Costs; Funding Provided by Various Sources.
Ordinance 2026-45 An Ordinance Amending Title 67, the Parks, Recreation, and Community Code, and Title 72, the Traffic Code, to Add Prohibitions Related to Motor-Driven Vehicles and Providing for a Penalty.
